So shocked to learn of Billy ‘ s passing. We new each other all the way back to Baker. So glad was able to talk to him at the reunion and birthday party. I know the family will be at a loss. My deepest condolences.
Troy, Hobart and the rest of the Wilson family – Had much respect for Billy. He always took time to talk to me at the meetings when I was an apprentice. Meant a lot and spoke volumes of his union leadership. Brother Wilson you will be missed.
You fought a long, hard battle for too many years, Bill. Be at peace.

William “Billy” H. Wilson, Jr., 71, of Marion, Indiana passed away July 2, 2018 in Marion. He was born December 26, 1946 in Princeton, Indiana son of William H. & Martha (Young) Wilson, Sr.
Billy proudly served in the United States Army during Vietnam from 1966-1968. He served as past president and member of the UA Local 136 Plumbers & Steamfitters for almost 49 years and was a member of the VFW Post 1114.
Billy is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Diana (Wolf) Wilson; children, Troy Wilson, Nicole (Roger) Damm, and Ryon (Sarah) Wilson; grandchildren, Hannah Wilson (Zach Baker), Ashton Wilson, Evan Wilson, Harrison Damm, Reece Damm, and Tyler Wilson; siblings, Jackie Franks, Wanda Smith, Hobart (Beverly) Wilson, Judy (Sammie) Walden, and Doyle (Julie) Wilson, and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings, James and Robert.
A visitation will be held from 2:00-7:00 PM Saturday, July 7, 2018 at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Marion, Indiana. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, July 8, 2018 at Gardens of Memory Cemetery in Marion followed by full military honors.
